Your child's photo, handled carefully.

What we collect

When you create a personalized story we collect the child's first name, their gender for grammar, the photo you upload, and the email address we send the finished book to. Nothing else.

School details

My School Adventures also asks for the school's name, its initials, and its uniform colours. These are used only to draw the school into that one book — the name in the story, the initials on the crest, the colours on the uniform. They are not linked to the child's name outside the book, not shared with the school, and not used for any other purpose.

What we do with the photo

The photo is used only to illustrate that child's book. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train or improve any image model.

We do not store the photo

Your child's photo is not kept after the book has been made. It is used to create the illustrations and is not retained on our systems afterwards.

Consent

Only a parent or legal guardian may upload a photo of a child. By uploading, you confirm you are that parent or guardian.

Your rights

Write to reemafahmi@gmail.com at any time to ask what we hold, get a copy, or have everything erased. We answer within 30 days.
